In the latest in game video seen here there is a scene that goes by so fast that you must play it in slow motion, or keep hitting the pause/play button to get a good view of it, but in the sceen it looks like a Dervish is wielding a Shield and a one hand Scythe/Pick type weapon. Also the Dervish has what looks like molten lava on it's arms up to about it's mid forearm and it glows red hot.

I can only assume that it's a Dervish because of the mid piece and skirt that the character is wearing, but the head piece looks like something out of the Fallout series. In another scene what looks like the same character is holding a hand axe possibly.

yea I saw what u where talking about. I am not sure what it is. Tho I paused it at 1:38 and that is some sort of axe and shield. I think that they were using warrior weps on a dervish. Not sure why but that shield and axe is really cool. Tho I am not sure what is up with the mask/helmet thing.

The Dervish is wielding an axe and shield - Obviously Anet showing off the new weapons. The armor that stands out (the gloves and mask) are suspected to be stand alone pieces that can be used across professions. This belongs in the Eye of the North forum not the lore forum.
